Beta Eta Omega chapter holds fundraisers to provide livestock to feed the hungry and media and verbal information to education communities to empower families and wome to become self sufficient.
The Global Poverty committee educated the community about HEIFER International at Xaware, a celebration of women and girls on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the Dayton Convention center. As a result of the presentations the committee received $10.00 in donations and several email addresses in order to let the community know how contributions to HEIFER can be made through Beta Eta Omega's website.
